Pan Fried Tilapia Fish

2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. paprika
1tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup of oil (SunGold Lite)
4 frozen fillets
  • TIPS
  1. Defrost  frozen fillets in the package, in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes. 
  2. For the meantime, mix the spices in a bowl.
  3. Dip the tilapia fillets in the spices and pan fry in oil on medium for 5 minutes each side.
Serve hot  with wedges and tartar sauce.
1. Set up the perfect workspace by gathering clean tools, bowls and utensils. And make sure to keep a trashcan within arm’s reach.
