Easter Bunny Rolls

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (Biddy's)
  • 1 egg

  • TIPS
Put the margarine, the sour cream and water in a small saucepan and heat, but do not cook. Cool at room temperature then add the remaining ingredients. Put in a kneader. If thick add more water.

Allow it rise double and cut into 16 equal parts

Line your baking tray with a silicone baking mat and cut the ears with kitchen shears.

When the dough is STILL SOFT, smooth the edges around.

The eyes can then be put in, use pepper grains.

Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

1. Set up the perfect workspace by gathering clean tools, bowls and utensils. And make sure to keep a trashcan within arm’s reach.

2. Get comfortable! Wear comfy clothes and an apron when you work in the kitchen and you won’t have to worry about getting dirty.
